Fortitude Insurance Group offers Group Vision as a separate plan that provides your employees coverage for eye exams and/or for frames, lenses and contact lenses.
A Group Vision plan is especially attractive for employers because it is inexpensive to offer, yet it's another benefit that many employees often ask for. It is also considered a favorite “perk” that employees truly value and appreciate.
While in many instances the basic group health insurance plan may provide employee reimbursement for routine eye examinations, basic group health coverage does not provide any benefit for frames, lenses or contact lenses.
